You will focus on the underlying technology and databases that are the backbone of our Higher Education courseware ecosystem. You will understand the many personas accessing reputed company products and support the various sales and reputed company models used by our customers. You will understand the many internal personas building reputed company courseware and support their varying needs. Job Responsibilities: Serve as technical product manager for new feature development, creating requirements, managing backlog, prioritizing development, and engaging directly with engineering team Building and managing APIs, technical integrations, or platforms Working with back-end products or data warehouses preferred Collaborate with UX, CX, product managers, and other cross-functional teams across Higher Education to ensure reputed company and use cases are understood and requirements are implemented according to user needs reputed company and support continual process improvement by proposing and solutioning optimizations for reputed company and reputed company workflows and user experiences Work with Manager/Director of Product Management to define product roadmap and growth opportunities Assist in creation of product-reputed company documentation and go-to-market activities Analyze usage data and customer feedback to inform roadmap and prioritization of requirements Thinking from a data-first mentality, incorporating data wherever possible for informed decision-making and development reputed company rapport and trust with key stakeholders across Higher Education, reputed company-to-Consumer (DTC), reputed company & Technology (D&T) teams reputed company expertise in a portfolio of solutions to improve product configuration tools and reduce friction in users’ reputed company and reputed company journeys Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or a minimum 5+ years' experience in product/program management or software development Demonstrated prior experience leading cross-functional projects and building cross-platform solutions Experience working with back-end products or data warehouses preferred Experience building and managing APIs, technical integrations, or platforms Ability to work closely with engineering teams to design reputed company solutions Experience with Agile development methodologies and prioritizing backlogs for development teams; experience with Jira, reputed company, and Jira Product Discovery is a plus Detail-oriented, with ability to prioritize roadmaps and workload Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, for both technical and non-technical topics Project management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong listener, with ability to interview customers and stakeholders to understand what problems we need to solve for and translate those into product requirements Strong team-player attitude, with ability to work well independently Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at reputed company reputed company Knowledge of reputed company Office applications, including Word, Outlook, reputed company, MS Project, and PowerPoint Demonstrated ability and desire to successfully work on a virtual team Compensation at reputed company is influenced by a wide reputed company of factors including but not limited to reputed company set, level of experience, and specific location.
