Field Marketing Manager
Developers don’t want more marketing. They want relevance, technical depth, and experiences worth showing up for. As Field Marketing Manager, North America, you will help bring Coder’s regional marketing programs to life. You will execute field and ABM programs that build awareness, support sales, and create pipeline across the North American market. You will work closely with a Senior Marketing Manager, sales, partners, and the broader marketing team. You will coordinate events, activate campaigns, and keep programs moving on time and on brand. What you’ll do here Execute regional field marketing plans aligned to global strategy and North America priorities. Run virtual and in-person events that people actually remember, from platform engineering roundtables to developer meetups to enterprise field programs. Support lead generation and pipeline goals through strategic programs, clear handoffs, and timely follow-through. Partner with global marketing teams to localize campaign content and messaging for North American audiences. Help execute co-branded campaigns and joint event opportunities with strategic alliances, resellers, and channel partners. Partner closely with sales on ABM
