The Role: As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll be the operational backbone of our CEO's day-to-day life, owning his calendar, travel, communications, and the countless behind-the-scenes details that keep him focused on what matters most: building Vizcom. This is a high-trust, high-context role that blends classic EA work (calendar, travel, expenses) with strategic coordination (board meetings, investor relationships) and light personal support. You'll be one of the first people he talks to in the morning and one of the last at night, and you'll have a front-row seat to how an AI startup gets built.
