Job Description Product Manager
[REDACTED] is the leading full-cycle video learning platform for content creators, businesses of all sizes, and educational institutions. We are currently seeking a Product Manager who will work cross-functionally to drive product initiatives from ideation to execution. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in sales, customer success, user research, user experience design, or engineering, and a passion for solving user problems through innovative product solutions.
Own Product Development: Take ownership of the product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration. Partner closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful product solutions. Drive User-Centric Innovation: Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and workflows. Use insights to develop and prioritize a strategic product roadmap that aligns with company goals. Define & Track Key Metrics: Establish measurable objectives to assess product success. Regularly analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform data-driven decisions. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure seamless go-to-market strategies, adoption, and continuous product improvement. Balance Strategy & Execution: Manage trade-offs between feature requests, technical constraints, and business needs while maintaining a clear product vision. Lead Agile Development: Translate product requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable development tasks. Work in an Agile environment with engineering teams to iterate quickly. Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Conduct competitive analysis, monitor industry developments, and identify opportunities for innovation. Write. A lot: Document decisions, user research findings, Jira tickets, PRDs, etc. As a team, we write to solidify our thinking, communicate and keep everyone on the same page.
1-3 years of product management experience with a track record of successfully launching and managing SAAS products. Previous experience in sales, customer success, UX research, design, or engineering—you've worked closely with users or technical teams before transitioning into product management and thrive off of customer interactions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You juggle multiple priorities without dropping any of them. Process driven. You know that the key to repeatable success is repeatable actions. You are consistent and follow through. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities—you can influence and align teams around a shared vision. A bias for action—you're comfortable making decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and iterating quickly. Bonus: Experience working in a small team or in a high-growth, fast-moving organization. Bonus: Experience in education or ed tech is a plus.
