Integrations Developer

About the role

Overview System integration is the backbone of a modern D2C retail business. As an Integration Developer at Tonal, you will design, build, and maintain the integration layer that connects our ecommerce, fulfillment, finance, and CRM systems — ensuring that data flows reliably across the enterprise and that business processes are automated end-to-end. This is a broad and highly cross-functional role. You will work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Logistics to design integration solutions for real business problems including order-to-cash flows and fulfillment orchestration to ERP/CRM synchronization and billing automation. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to enterprise architecture decisions, shaping how our systems evolve as our business scales. Tonal offers enterprise licenses to AI companions and unlimited token usage to enable efficiency, quality and safety of our business systems architecture and integrations. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines across ERP, CRM, e-commerce, fulfillment, and financial systems while preserving data integrity and traceability.
