As our Senior Talent Partner, your job will be to uphold that exceptional standard and refine the infrastructure that enables us to hire great people. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our Engineering and Operations divisions. You will also have the opportunity to assist with other roles as necessary, including those based in the United States and Europe. As a partner to our business, you will uphold high recruiting standards and continuously work to enhance our hiring practices. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end hiring strategy for the Engineering and Operations functions Build the playbooks: design and refine the search, interview, and calibration processes Strengthen our talent brand - represent Rho in different events and shape how we position ourselves
