About the Role Taktile is building the world's leading Agentic Decisioning Platform for Financial Services. Our customers use our product to automate millions of critical decisions across lending, anti money laundering, fraud prevention, and many other use cases. At the core of many of these decisions lies our Decision Engine. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and evolving this critical part of the Taktile platform. You will work closely with engineering to balance the demands of a rapidly growing customer base and collaborate with design to define what data-driven workflow authoring should look like in an agent-first world. What You’ll Do Own the strategy and long-term success for a critical pillar of the Taktile platform Build a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape and opportunities for differentiation, collaborating with customer-facing teams Translate customer insights into well thought out product requirements Define a compelling long-term vision for your product area and prioritize the product roadmap necessary to reach this vision Balance innovation with a high reliability bar Track product performance through metrics
