Staff Product Designer

Make is the leading visual platform for anyone to design, build, and automate anything—from tasks and workflows to apps and systems—without the need for coding skills. We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to serve as the creative driver for the product. Someone who operates with precision, cultural fluency, and hands-on craft to shape how our visual product identity comes to life across our most strategic initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Product Design, you will work both independently and in close partnership with the other designers and product teams. This is not a role for incremental polish, it's for someone who can originate concepts, influence direction, and raise the standard of execution across the product.
