Channel Marketing Manager
Fully Remote | $140K-$150K Base Salary + Benefits
Are you a Channel Marketing professional with experience supporting distributors, dealers, or manufacturer representative networks serving the education, municipal, parks & recreation, architectural, and construction markets?
Our client is a leading manufacturer of outdoor recreation products, shade structures, site amenities, and community-focused solutions serving K-12 schools, municipalities, parks & recreation departments, architects, landscape architects, engineers, and commercial developers throughout North America.
They are seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to lead distributor marketing programs, drive market demand, and strengthen partner engagement across a national distribution network.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary marketing partner to distributors, dealers, and channel partners across North AmericaDevelop and execute channel marketing programs that increase demand and market penetration within the education, municipal, parks & recreation, architectural, and construction sectorsSupport distributor digital marketing efforts including websites, social media, email marketing, lead generation, and local campaigns Create sales enablement tools, presentations, collateral, and marketing assets that help distributors win business with architects, schools, municipalities, and commercial customersTrain distributor teams on marketing programs, brand standards, and campaign executionCoordinate marketing support for trade shows, industry conferences, customer events, and distributor meetingsCollaborate closely with sales leadership to improve lead generation, partner engagement, and revenue growthMeasure channel marketing effectiveness and optimize programs based on performance metrics
Ideal Background
Min. 7+ years of Channel Marketing, Partner Marketing, Distributor Marketing, or B2B Marketing experienceExperience supporting distributor, dealer, representative, or channel partner networksIndustry experience within one or more of the following: Building Products, Architectural Products, Site Furnishings & Amenities, Parks & Recreation, Outdoor Recreation Equipment, Construction, Landscape Products, Municipal/Government Markets and Education/K-12 MarketsStrong understanding of specification-driven sales environments involving architects, landscape architects, engineers, contractors, municipalities, schools, and government agenciesExperience developing integrated marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools, and channel partner programsExcellent communication, presentation, and project management sk
