Our Customer QA team is looking for a passionate new member to help deliver high-quality services to our users! In this role, you will be the vital connection between customers, quality assurance, development, and other teams, ensuring timely, polite, and accurate responses to bug reports. Your responsibilities will include reproducing customer-reported issues and documenting them thoroughly for further investigation. This opportunity allows you to deepen your knowledge of the Unity Engine by working with bug reports across various Editor features, contribute to improving the Engine used by millions worldwide, and build a strong foundation for your future career—whether within Unity or beyond.
