We are driven to uplift those in housing ownership need, including first-time homebuyers, seniors, immigrants, single parents, environmentalists, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. Our vision is to pioneer data-driven designs and value structures for entry-level housing across Canada.
The Graphic Designer will be an integral part of the marketing team, responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and campaign goals. This role involves producing a wide range of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, web assets, brochures, and infographics. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life across various platforms. Working closely with marketing strategists and content creators, the designer ensures consistency, quality, and innovation in every project. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, collaborative and creative who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Create visual designs for digital and print marketing materials (brochures, social media graphics, website assets)Develop brand-consistent graphics for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materialsCollaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into compelling visual designsDesign infographics, presentations, and multimedia contentMaintain and expand company brand guidelines and visual identityOptimize graphics for various platforms and formats (web, mobile, print)Required Experience / Skills:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)Experience:
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theoryExperience with both digital and print designKnowledge of current design trends and best practicesAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.Creative and innovative mindset with strong attention to detailExcellent visual communication skills Good to have, not required:
