As the first Enterprise Account Executive for DACH, you will lead 360Learning’s expansion into one of Europe’s most strategic markets. Joining a team of 9 Enterprise AEs across France and the UK, you will bring our proven enterprise sales motion to DACH and build the foundations for long-term growth. You won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll join an established German commercial organization serving the Mid-Market segment, giving you access to local expertise, customer references, brand recognition, and a strong partner ecosystem, including our strategic alliance with SAP SuccessFactors. Your mission will be to win new enterprise customers (10,000+ employees), build a high-quality pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with some of Germany’s largest organizations. Combining strategic territory development with hands-on execution, you will play a key role in establishing 360Learning as a trusted Learning & Development partner across the DACH region. While this is a highly entrepreneurial role, you will be supported by dedicated Solution Engineers, Alliances, Professional Services, Customer Success, Marketing teams, and the broader German commercial organization.
