About the Role Every team at Tennr uses AI and most of it is happening bottoms-up. What’s missing is someone who owns it from the top: setting the strategy, finding the highest-leverage use cases across the org, building the solutions, and making sure they actually stick. That’s this role. Part PM, part platform builder, part change agent. You’ll sit at the intersection of product management, technical execution, and business operations. You’ll run discovery across every function, ship internal products that move real metrics, and build the enablement and governance scaffolding that makes AI a first-class operating capability inside
