To learn more visit: [application details available after applying] As a member of the Global Supply Chain Team, the Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including Purchase Order releases across direct & indirect commodities, material tracking & physical inventory management. M-F In-office 8:30AM-5PM You will... Be a part of the Global Supply Chain Team building a supply base using an AI-first approach to enable safe self-driving at scale Material tracking and physical inventory management including proper labelling, storage and handling Create purchase orders and related activities through the Procure-to-Pay process Perform goods receipt transactions of all direct and indirect materials for the company’s Lancaster facility Coordinate shipments to and from Suppliers and across the company facilities Manage consigned inventory with the company’s Suppliers and OEM Partners Perform inventory cycle counts and address discrepancies as required Build and foster relationships with shipping carriers for the company deliveries Own the RMA process with supplier from end-to-end providing updates to the company team members and the company Suppliers Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements & documentation Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business (Supply Chain/Finance/Management) or Industrial Engineering 2+ years of Supply Chain / Procurement / Inventory Management Experience Familiar with inventory management and logistics Familiar with Procure-to-Pay processes including tooling such as PLM, Inventory and Procurement systems Extremely Proficient in Google Workspace Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to help others Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions You will be required to engage in physical activities within reasonable accommodation Some tasks may require - lifting and moving material up to 50~ pounds each, bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head, frequent walking in the facilities, ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and hallways Forklift certified / able to become certified to operate Knowledge of Export Compliance The US hourly range for this role is: $32 - $42 per hour USD in addition to competitive perks & benefits. the company (US) Inc.’s hourly ranges are determined based on several factors in accordance with the Company’s compensation practices. The hourly base range is reflective of the minimum and maximum target for a new hire's hourly rate for this role in Pittsburgh, PA. Note: The Company provides additional compensation for employees in this role, including equity incentive awards and an annual performance bonus.
