Affirm's primary business is lending, and the Loans Lifecycle domain is responsible for maintaining the system of record for all loans at Affirm. As we scale into new geographies, products, and funding structures, the complexity and criticality of this domain continues to grow. We are seeking to hire a Director to lead the Loans Lifecycle engineering organization, spanning the Loans Platform, Ledger Engineering, and Financial Reporting teams.

What You'll Do

- Set the vision and drive execution for the Loans Lifecycle engineering organization at Affirm, encompassing Loans Platform, Ledger Engineering, and Financial Reporting.

- Take ownership of core engineering and business outcomes across the domain, including the loan system of record, ledger pipelines, and financial data delivery to accounting systems.
