Coder is building its People function to match the scale and rigor of our product, and that means getting our compensation, benefits, and rewards programs right. This is an execution-focused role for someone who is organized, employee experience-focused, and comfortable working across systems and vendors to keep programs running smoothly. You’ll report to the HR Manager and work closely with Finance, People Ops, and external partners. You won’t be building the comp philosophy from scratch; you’ll be the person who ensures it runs well and that employees actually understand and use what we offer. As Coder scales toward 200+ employees and expands internationally, this role is expected to grow with us.
