Engineers here are expected to explore, test, and apply AI directly in how we design and ship product. There’s no heavy process, no layers of approval, and no hesitation around new approaches. If something works, we use it. If it doesn’t, we move on quickly. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, shape how AI is used in the product, and push beyond the patterns most teams are still stuck in.
