About the Role As Tennr's first Business Systems Lead, you'll build the operational backbone of one of the fastest-scaling go-to-market organizations in healthcare AI. Translation: you're the person who decides how the whole thing fits together, so the revenue engine runs smoothly and the teams on top of it can trust what it tells them. Our revenue engine spans Sales, Finance, CX, and Marketing, and the systems that hold them together (Salesforce, Gong, Snowflake, Tabs, and a healthy pile of internal data tools) quietly decide how fast we can move when the business shifts under our feet, which it does, often.
