The Role Rho is hiring a Brand Marketing Manager to make Rho impossible to ignore. You'll lead high-visibility campaigns that earn attention across the channels our customers actually use - social, press, creator networks, events, and cultural moments. From big-swing activations to content that spreads, you know how to take a brand from known to talked about. This is a role for someone who thinks in surface areas - who wakes up asking where the businesses we want to reach spend their time, and how Rho shows up there first. You'll build awareness and affinity in new and emerging markets, taking the playbook that's worked with our earliest communities and extending it to the next wave of companies building on Rho. You'll work directly with the VP of Marketing and collaborate across Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, Video, and Brand Design to bring ideas to life.
