A Place for Mom is seeking an experienced Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to take ownership of our financial modeling, annual budget process, and monthly forecasting. This key leadership position will drive budget-to-actual analysis, deliver insightful reporting, and support both internal and external reporting requirements through detailed, ad hoc analyses. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the annual budgeting process, monthly financial forecasting, and development/maintenance of supporting financial models and tools. Partner proactively with departmental leaders to ensure alignment with budgeted plans and support their financial decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and analyze the causes of variances, assessing their impact on the business.
