F2 Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure Location: San Francisco Employment Type: Full time Location Type: Hybrid Department: Engineering, Product, Design (EPD) Compensation: $200K – $300K • Offers Equity The total rewards package at F2 includes base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits. -- The Role: We are seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Tech Lead who thrives in building from 0‑1 and driving execution, directly contributing production-level systems while shaping our core technical foundation. You will collaborate closely with the founding team to architect, deploy, and scale the cloud infrastructure powering F2's AI-driven enterprise analytics platform. What you'll do: Hands-on platform building. Architect and implement foundational cloud infrastructure from scratch: compute, networking, CI/CD, and observability. Actively writing infrastructure-as-code and shipping production systems, not just diagrams. Own the infrastructure architecture. Define and execute the technical vision and multi-year roadmap for our AWS-based platform (ECS/Fargate, containerized Python and Node services), ensuring rapid iteration while scaling reliably with enterprise demand. Run durable, AI-
