You are a flexible, steady presence who fills in wherever needed to keep students safe and the day on track. You support operations, family experience, safety, and logistics so Primer Leaders and Studio Guides can focus on teaching. You manage arrival, attendance, lunch, recess, facilities needs, and dismissal while keeping the campus organized, safe, and welcoming.
