A Little More About The Role: We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Underwriter to join our growing Underwriting team. In this role, you’ll support the evaluation and pricing of health insurance plans for small to mid-sized employer groups. You’ll work closely with experienced underwriters, sales, and account management to ensure competitive, accurate, and compliant quotes for our level-funded products.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in health insurance underwriting, especially if you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and making an impact in a collaborative environment. You Will: Learn underwriting tools, guidelines, and rating methodologies. Manage a caseload while ensuring your work meets performance expectations across turnaround time, productivity, accuracy, pricing integrity, and block profitability.
