You will help build out scalable systems, processes and workflows to ensure finance has the foundations to scale. Not only that, but you’ll build on top of those foundations - creating a world class finance function. What you will do: Financial Reporting & Control: Lead the preparation of timely, GAAP/IFRS-compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Establish and maintain a rigorous internal control environment to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity. Systems & Infrastructure: Own the selection, implementation, and optimization of the company’s tech stack, including a Tier-1 ERP migration (e.g., NetSuite, Rillett) and integrated expense management tools. Tax & Compliance: Oversee global tax strategy, including VAT/sales tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and manage corporate tax filings.
