Everlane is building a first-class design team, and we are currently looking to fill a Director who will focus on Women’s and Men’s Apparel. You must be passionate, enthusiastic, with an obsessive eye for detail along with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Reporting into the SVP of Design & Brand Creative, you will lead a team to create commercially successful, relevant and timeless apparel products. From product ideation to final pre-production prototypes, you will be responsible for the design sketches to the executions of your categories. You must also demonstrate leadership, use creative & analytical skills to set a short-term and long-term strategy for your function and your people with clear goals. To
