The Opportunity: Head of Credit - Brazil Tilt is looking for an experienced analytics leader to own the Credit function for our expanding presence in Brazil. As part of our International Credit team, you will develop and iterate on risk models and credit policies that drive underwriting as a competitive advantage — and help launch innovative products that solve real customer problems. This individual will lead teams and workstreams focused on consumer behavior and needs, building solutions that ensure Tilt resiliently offers the right products. The right candidate thrives on complex challenges and leverages a diverse technical toolkit to drive impactful outcomes. This role reports to Tilt's Head of International Credit.
