About AfterQuery AfterQuery builds the training data and evaluation infrastructure that frontier AI labs use to make their models better. The Role Your job is to create visibility into our business and build the systems that scale with us. As our Finance & Operations Associate, you will own the financial and operational infrastructure of a fast-growing, early-stage company. This means managing our budget and cash flow, coordinating with external partners, building internal processes from scratch, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll work directly with the founding team and touch every part of the business—finance, HR ops, legal coordination, vendor management, and more.
