The Opportunity: Head of Marketing, Cashalo Cashalo is a leading fintech in the Philippines, offering credit and financial services to underserved customers. It is part of the Tilt group. As Head of Marketing, you'll own the full marketing function - brand, performance, and lifecycle - with real budget accountability and the mandate to drive growth. Lifecycle is near-blank, brand is under-measured, and performance has clear upside through smarter channel diversification and creative testing. This is a chance to build an AI-native marketing function from scratch, in a market that doesn't borrow easily from elsewhere. This is an APAC based role (Philippines, Singapore, Australia, India).
