Position Description
The Senior Counsel, Corporate will play a critical role supporting the Company’s continued growth across the business. We are looking for a junior-to-mid-level corporate attorney with 3-5 years of experience to help us across a range of needs. Primarily, this person will support our public company and corporate legal work, including SEC filings and public disclosure matters (e.g., annual and quarterly reports, proxy statement preparation, and Section 16 and Section 13 reporting matters), NYSE compliance, capital markets and financing support, annual meeting preparation, and diligence and negotiations for potential M&A and other strategic transactions. As a high growth company, you will also help out with ad hoc commercial contracting, legal research, and other legal needs across the company as they arise.
