Marketplace Manager
Key Responsibilities: Channel Management: Oversee daily operations and performance of all marketplace accounts (Walmart, Target, Instacart, Ebay, etc.). Product Listings: Create, optimize, and maintain product listings to maximize visibility, conversion, and compliance with platform standards. Advertising Strategy: Plan, execute, and analyze advertising campaigns across marketplaces (e.g., Walmart Connect). Promotions & Pricing: Develop and manage promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and seasonal campaigns to drive sales and profitability. Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs including sales performance, ROAS, conversion rates, and ranking metrics; generate regular reports and insights. Inventory Coordination: Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to forecast demand, manage stock levels, and avoid out-of-stock or overstock scenarios. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Creative teams to align marketplace efforts with broader brand and sales objectives.
