You will identify opportunities for transformation, build business cases to secure executive investment, and see programs through to sustained results. You will work across Product & Technology, Go-To-Market, Operations, Finance, and People teams as a strategic driver who shapes direction, resolves complex issues, and holds accountability for program success. What you’ll be doing: Business Case Development & Strategy Identify, frame, and size transformation opportunities. Independently diagnosing root causes, assessing strategic relevance, and determining where the organization should invest its energy Build rigorous, compelling business cases that connect transformation opportunities to business value — covering financial impact, risk, sequencing, and the tradeoffs between growth and profitability Design internal processes and policies that balance the needs of multiple stakeholder groups, including Finance, Sales, Operations, and R
