Marketing at RELEX is shifting toward a more programmatic, data-driven, and AI-powered engine. We are looking for a Head of Marketing Operations to steer that shift from operational and technical perspective - owning the systems, data, and processes that power how marketing operates globally.
This is a role for someone who is both a hands-on architect and strategic advisor. You will set the operating vision for the team and stay close enough to the technology to own it in practice. You will lead and develop a first-class team with deep expertise across our marketing systems, AI enablement, modern workflow automation, lead management, data strategy, reporting, email marketing, and custom internal tool development for use cases across the marketing function.
