Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, market-aware, and detail-oriented Children's Educational Product Designer & Product Development Specialist to help the company develop new product concepts, expand our educational product assortment, and identify opportunities for business growth.

The ideal candidate combines knowledge of elementary education, special needs education, curriculum development, and hands-on learning with a strong eye for product design, market trends, and consumer needs.

This person will work closely with our overseas sourcing and manufacturing teams throughout the product development process, from researching market opportunities and selecting products to developing design concepts, reviewing samples, providing feedback, and approving final products.

The goal is to help the company bring innovative, engaging, and differentiated children's products to market while expanding our assortment and strengthening our competitive position.
