Job Summary

The Affiliate Marketing Manager - International role is a strategic position that will manage iHerb’s global affiliate and referral marketing programs, working cross-functionally with our international teams, product teams, marketing operations and strategic partnerships teams.

Job Expectations

• Manage iHerb’s global performance commission-based affiliate, content, and influencer programs to drive new and existing customer acquisition and growth.
• Lead new affiliate discovery and recruitment, dormant affiliate activation, and existing affiliate optimization efforts for the iHerb affiliate programs, specializing in key international markets.
• Execute and implement the global affiliate partner recruitment and optimization strategy, as well as onboarding new platforms for global expansion.
