The Growth team is focused on maximising the potential of all titles Outfit7 ships. It brings together user acquisition, creative strategy, ASO, data, and product collaboration under one roof, with full-funnel accountability for the games in its portfolio. We operate across all lifecycle stages, from R&D and prototype validation through to global scale, across a range of mobile game formats.
You are the senior growth authority in the room. You don’t just run marketing growth function, you define how it operates and where it goes next. You understand that paid and organic UA are one system, that measurement is a strategic asset, and that the difference between a good growth leader and a great one is the ability to anticipate problems before they surface in the data. You’ve built teams, shaped department-level plans and goals, and earned the trust of leadership and platforms alike.
