About the Role As a critical member of our rapidly expanding Growth team, you’ll help lay the foundation for a fully scaled, best-in-class marketing organization focused on raising awareness of Hinge Health and driving new member sign-ups. This role will be responsible for leading one of our most significant acquisition channels: direct mail. As the channel owner, you will drive strategy and optimization for our large scale direct mail program. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll work closely with teams across Accounting, Strategic Finance, Procurement, Data Science, Operations, and Creative. You will lead the efforts of a cross functional team of marketers, designers, operations specialists and data scientists toward a collective goal of achieving topline targets while maximizing channel ROI.
