Who you are You have 2–4 years of experience in as a BDR/SDR in a consultative, high ACV (high 5 figures) sales motion, selling to a technical buyer. You have experience leading, coaching, or mentoring BDRs (formal team lead role or clear “go-to” within the team). You’re insatiably curious about the world and what makes people tick, and you enjoy connecting with people.
