Head of Data & Analytics

As the Head of Data & Analytics, you will deliver key business insights by leading (1) a team of analysts that embed across EPD squads and (2) the team responsible for Vanta’s analytics and data platform - owning the architecture, ingestion, modeling, and governance that power all internal data use cases. The mission of Vanta’s Data team is to deliver insights that impact every part of Vanta’s business via a world-class AI-powered data infrastructure. The role requires strong subject matter expertise in how SaaS companies and their businesses work at scale, and a strong engineering and technical architecture mindset. We seek a leader who excels at delivering critical insights for our Product teams; collaborates effectively with analytics teams in Marketing, Revenue, Finance, and other functions; partners closely with Vanta’s Leadership tea
