We’re looking for a dynamic Data Analyst to help drive the quantitative and qualitative analysis central to the management and development of Gravie’s innovative healthcare solutions, including our flagship level-funded and self-funded health benefits. You’ll have a particular opportunity to dig into Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs), a fast-growing product reshaping how employers offer benefits. Join us as we reinvent the way people purchase and access healthcare. This position is a hybrid position based in our NE Minneapolis office. You must be able to work an average of three days a week in the office with the team. We provide a paid parking spot or metro pass.
