The Head of Partnerships builds that portfolio and keeps it growing. The Role You build and own Base's ecosystem of venue, brand, and experience partners. You find the rooms worth being in, the brands worth aligning with, and the perks worth offering. You pitch them, close them, and turn them into Member-only access, programming, and revenue. You own the strategy, the relationships, and the targets. You build the function from zero, and you make every partnership feel intentional, premium, and right for the room.
