What You’ll Do Model the Business : Design, manage, and pressure-test complex financial models across the data center investment lifecycle — including lease, acquisitions and development Own Leadership Reporting : Prepare and deliver materials for senior management and the Board. Execute Transactions : Support negotiation of LOIs, PSAs, and lease agreements, and manage diligence and closing processes through to funding. Shape Location Strategy : Help define which markets and submarkets to pursue based on power availability, customer demand, and competitive positioning. Evaluate Opportunities : Underwrite individual sites and leases in partnership with th
