About the role

About the role: We are looking for an Enrollment Marketing Associate to join the Growth Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for the execution of enrollment marketing programs within a large book of our standard business, supporting our midmarket clients (with <7k eligible lives per client.) As the Enrollment Marketing Associate, you'll work with a high volume of clients to ensure that communications plans are created and delivered upon. These responsibilities will have you working alongside your colleagues in Client Success, Marketing Operations, Growth, Design, and Data Analytics to help us meet our revenue goals. All of this work is to ensure we motivate people to get moving and feel better as we scale our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-velocity and high-growth environment, is excited to learn about scale marketing programs, and is always looking for ways to work smarter. Additionally, they should have a track record of creative problem solving and be highly organized and detail oriented.
