This role is pivotal in managing end-to-end import logistics from India, ensuring smooth customs clearance, documentation compliance, and warehouse operations. As the role evolves, the incumbent will also take ownership of the Soundbox refurbishment process, overseeing quality checks and device restoration to meet operational standards. Import Logistics & Supply Chain (India and other countries → Indonesia) Coordinate and manage end-to-end import shipments from India or any other country, including air and sea freight.Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely clearance.Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or exceptions.Monit
