About the role As a (Staff/Principal-level) Product Designer joining our Growth team, you will operate at a high-impact, senior individual contributor level, partnering directly with a Product Manager to meaningfully influence Synthesia’s growth engine. This role sits at the center of how users experience Synthesia for the first time. Your work will directly impact two core metrics: Activation: % of users who experience value a
