The Role

The Senior US Contracts Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of contract administration from initial drafting, redlining, and negotiation to final completion and storage. This role requires a thorough understanding of contract law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments within the company. The successful candidate will be an important part of the legal team at a dynamic global cybersecurity technology company. This person must have a “deal doer” mindset to help accelerate the closing process for the sales organization while still being able to protect the company’s interests and manage risk through contracts.
