Head of Copy

🚀 About the role As our incoming Head of Copy, you’ll lead and mentor a high-performing and experienced team of writers, and head up our copy team – a new sub-team formed on your arrival that sits within ZOE’s Creative Studio. As an exceptional copywriter, you’ll set the bar for what great copy looks like and ensure that the bar is maintained at every moment in which a customer meets ZOE. Essential to success in this role will be an ability to effectively manage and coach a high-performing team whilst building and maintaining centralised systems that enable your influence to scale. You’ll bring fresh, bold and creative ideas that help ZOE cut through in a crowded market.
