The team This role sits on Research Operations. In Operations, Research Operations directs the work, Production Operations owns the people and scaled execution, and the Product Managers owns the systems that make execution scalable. Product Managers partner closely with Strategic Project Leads, prototypers/Research Associates, engineers, and Production Operations leaders to design and improve the operating systems that power Data Operations. In this role you will Own the roadmap for one or more Research Operations product areas. Define and improve the systems that govern intake, prioritization, resource allocation, execution visibility, quality management, and operational planning to create a world-class researcher experience. Partner with engineers to design, build, and launch tools that increase operational efficiency and improve user experience. Work closely with Strategic Project Leads to identify
