The opportunity Goodlord's mission is to become the gold standard platform for renting and we're looking for an SDR Lead to build our Sales Development function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this is a true 'blank canvas' role with no pre-existing playbook. You will architect the strategy, source the tools, and hire a brand-new early careers team who will be the future of commercial talent at Goodlord! Build the SDR function from the ground up, creating the strategy, playbook, processes and team rather than inheriting someone else's. Experiment with tooling, automation and AI to help the team work smarter, generate better conversations and create more pipeline. Balance both Enterprise and Mid-Market outbound motions, helping us figure out what great looks like across different customer segments.
