Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in customer success, client servicing, partnerships, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and partners simultaneously
Experience with or willingness to quickly learn: Salesforce, Zendesk, Tableau, Redash, and AI productivity tools
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
