Senior Software Engineer

The Opportunity Join the Growth Data Platform team to build the decision engine behind Hinge Health’s growth. GDP is the platform that powers the data pipelines, event streams, and intelligence layer that shape member experiences across the growth journey, from the first marketing touchpoint to personalized engagement moments like Daily Streak notifications. In this role, you will help transform GDP from a data mover into a real-time decisioning platform by operationalizing ML models, strengthening observability and data trust, and building the systems that route intelligence into execution. You will also help lead the shift toward AI-native engineering, using autonomous agents, test harnesses, and modern data infrastructure practices to scale both engineering productivity and business impact. We enjoy a continuous deployment DevOps culture, and take owner-operator pride in supporting our code in production.
